Marketing & Business Development Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry | Iraq - Erbil
Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive market entry, commercial readiness, and strategic expansion.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full marketing strategy for a pharmaceutical product portfolio (injectables, tablets, syrups, etc.)
- Lead market research, segmentation, competitor analysis, and launch planning
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, distributors, and regulatory bodies
- Support commercial execution — pricing, tenders, branding, product positioning, digital presence
- Represent the company with professionalism across government and industry networks
🔹 Requirements
- 10–15 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing or business development
- Strong knowledge of the Iraqi pharmaceuticals sector & regulatory processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Pharmacy/Business (MBA preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
📍 Location: Erbil, Iraq
(Travel inside and outside Iraq may be required)
